CHARACTERISTICS

We have innovated a traditional Apulian recipe by mixing two of our quality raw products: the almonds of the “Filippo Cea” and “Genco” varieties and the intense Allegro extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 1 (semi-wholegrain), shelled almond flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, salt. No yeast.
